This is a very huge hotel over 400 rooms so if you're coming with a lot of people this is perfect but it's also good for couples.
I asked him to design the room for my anniversary and they did it for no extra charge amazing hospitality!!! all I had to do is bring them the flowers and they did all of this!
They have a real gym with full equipment, ice plunge and a sauna! All on the same level and they give you towels!
If you're coming for working or you need good internet the internet is in your room you have your own router the Wi-Fi is super super strong!
Had a massage and it was perfect!
The pool is large enough to do laps.
Great Open spaces in the lobby great to just chill and relax.

Location is good, hotel is comfortable even it is worn out a little bit. Approx 45min from airport (around 300Rp by taxi). 5 min walk to the beach, where locals appear to prefer for swimming. A lot of local restaurants and cafes around. 10min walk to Sanur harbor, which makes it convenient for us to stay before going to Nusa Penida. They charge Rp100kfor each hour of late check out. Breakfast is acceptable, where they charge extra for latte. Inner garden with the pool is relaxing. I would recommend the facility for short term stays rather than long ones.

Great location,, just a minute away from the beach
Cons are they are a bit understaffed. No concierge or bellboy welcomed us that came with bunches of bags. The rest of the hotel are pretty standard. No complaint

I stayed at this hotel few times but this time I was had unhappy experience,I left some money from few countries in the cupboard room and when I ask to reception,they said no money left in the room or in the cupboard.So just be careful your valuable things,keep in the bag or safety box keep lock when you go out from the room and check all room before check out☺️

Great Location and Atmosphere, but Needs Improvement
I recently stayed at Prime plaza hotel, and while the location and overall vibe were great, there were some areas that fell short of expectations.
The hotel is situated in a beautiful spot, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. It’s the perfect place to unwind if you’re looking for peace and quiet. However, the food was disappointing—lacking flavor and variety, which was a letdown during the stay.
The swimming pool is quite small, and there aren’t many facilities or activities available, which might make it less appealing for those looking for more entertainment options.
If you’re just after a nice location to relax, this hotel might work, but it could definitely improve in terms of food quality and amenities.
