I booked the place for 3 weeks, before confirmation i went there, it was completely empty, and the pool was nasty. I asked if it would be cleaned they said yes, tomorrow it will be in perfect condition. The location is really nice and the place looks nice Before you start noticing the problems. For 3 weeks the pool was only cleaned once, the guest house gets cleaned once a week or when new guests are coming, the owner in never there, the wifi is bad 50% of the time. It was expensive compared to the other places i stayed in ubud, and when i asked for the refund, the owner said i would only give you the rest of your money back if you check out today. It was THE WORST place i stayed in Ubud.
