Puri Kobot

What a wonderful place to stay!! The rooms are beautiful and the people are amazing!! The swimming pool in the beautiful garden was a real treat also.

I booked a deluxe king room for my honeymoon, expecting a beautiful and romantic stay. Unfortunately, my experience at (Puri Kobot in ubud) was far from what I had anticipated. Upon arrival, I found the room to be completely different from the photos advertised online. When I inquired about this with the staff, they informed me that there are three categories of rooms and that the one I received was the lowest. I was disappointed but accepted their explanation, hoping they could provide a room that resembled the pictures. Unfortunately, they stated that no such room was available. Feeling frustrated, I requested a refund. They agreed but mentioned that they would deduct the cost of one night, which was over 600K IDR. Reluctantly, I decided to stay for the night since it was raining and we were already settled. However, to my surprise, the staff insisted that I check out immediately instead. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and mentioned I would leave a bad review, they responded indifferently, saying it was no problem. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes to get my money back, which only added to my frustration. Overall, my experience at ( Puri Kobot in ubud) was extremely disappointing. The staff were unprofessional, and the room did not match the advertised photos. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. **Room Number: 5** Feel free to add or modify any details as needed!

Booked this place for only one night, which is such a regret. The room is spacious, with plenty of areas to place your luggage. There is a bathtub in my room which is really nice! My room also has a direct access to the pool. Juna, one of the service crew really helped me a lot, he served my floating breakfast and helped me take pictures. He also fixed the bathtub when it got clogged. Juna is really the best! Overall, I would recommend this hotel to everyone, solo travellers, couples and even families!

We stayed here for 5 nights. So quiet and nice. The villa is spacious and very traditional. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to ubud. The floating breakfast was amazing and we took so many pictures heres

We had a wonderful stay at puri kobot for 6 nights. Very spacious and clean rooms, bathroom can do with some refurbishment/ painting. Lovely view from our room. Wonderful staff and service.  Owner Sukma very kind lady. Juna very sweet staff who always had a smile on his face and was helpful with everything. We had issues with the ac that kept turning off after every few hours hence we had disturbed sleep at night.  The technicians that came to check were unable to fix it and only on our last night was it fixed by the last technician who came. On our 4th night we were offered to change rooms due to ac issues since another room got vacant however we didn't change since we had settled in the room with our things and the bed was bigger. We are used to having a heavy breakfast and hence we bought our own bread since one piece of bread was not enough for us with 2 eggs and jam. Juna was kind enough to toast the extra bed for us daily. We highly recommend Puri Kobot. The location was great for us too as it was not in a crowded place but a quiet place and about 30 minutes walk to the centre. Many restaurants near by as well.
