Overpriced, although the room is spacious for 3 guests.....staffs are super helpful & friendly.....breakfast super standard for the price (180 thou rp per pax).......pool too small, gym too small & the treadmill was under maintenance :'( even holiday inn EXPRESS orchard singapore's gym has more equipment

THIS PLACE WITHOUT ANY QUESTIONS IS THE BETS IN SANUR, safe, clean, polite everybody smiling I just don’t know where to start the service is extraordinary and my last day they even gave me a desert with “see you again” I would definitely go back to this hotel, this place has a good location to everywhere, super close to the beach, perfect AC and good view.

We only stayed here for the one night but were very impressed by the friendly and helpful service we received, especially at the front desk! The location is great; convenient to a number of good restaurants, as well as to the Sanur beachside promenade.

The location of the hotel is really good! The staff were also very professional and friendly. We were quite lucky as the pool and gym were closed during our stay so they allowed us to use the ones at Intercontinental next door, which was fantastic.

Posh and comfortable. Huuuuuuuuuge couch and comfortable bed and pilllows. Excellent clean bathroom. Good location within Sanur. Laid back but organised. Breakfast was great and overall a very accommodating and enjoyable experience.

Location and service staff is amazing. Sound proofing is quite bad, I could hear the noises from outside. Towels were too old.
Other than that it’s amazing place for a short stay.

The newness of hotel plays a great role, coupled with good maintenance of global standards and peppered with courteous service of Bali people is a great combination. We requested for a late check out, since I went for snorkeling trip and without any fuss we were provided. Just 200m from beach on one side (no big waves) and 200m from a great restaurant and Italian place (for gelatos, you’ll see a big queue) make Sanur stay memorable … better than Seminyak even
