Had to cancel my trip due to a medical issue. The villa refused to offer a refund.
Instead offered a 12 month voucher, which was useless as I wasnt returning to Bali. No physical or written voucher was provided.
Tried to claim on insurance, but Villa refused to cancel the offer of a voucher which my insurance company requested. According to Trip.com i was checked in.
