My stay at MaxOne Hotel was okay overall clean, comfortable, and fairly priced, but there’s room for improvement.The room was clean and the bed very soft and comfortable. However, the towels are quite worn out and could use replacing. Be sure to bring an adapter, as there are no USB charging ports. I also got a few insect bites during my stay, even after using mosquito spray, so I wasn’t completely comfortable at night.
The breakfast was decent but limited — not many options, though enough for a quick meal. The pool area is a highlight: clean, relaxing, and you can request a floating breakfast for a nice touch. The rooftop restaurant offers lovely views and a cool atmosphere. There’s no gym, but the room has a small balcony where you can unwind. Overall, it’s good value for money, just needs a few upgrades and a refresh to make it great.

The location is fantastic, all easy to walk, but therefore it is also on a noisy road with daily traffic jams. However in the room it doesn't matter.
The restaurant and swimming pool on the rooftop are the best. Great breakfast buffet and an unbeatable vista 360° including romantic sunsets.
Be aware: they have special discounts for the coming months, because next door is a heavy construction going on.

This is my first experience, I stayed only 1 night. Because from the previous place I was not happy. Stayed at Maxone Ubud Hotel, the room was fresh and aromatic, the breakfast had many kinds from front to back and I thank the waiter (Nezma) for explaining the various breakfast options with 140 types of food 😍. The service at the reception to the security was very polite and helpful. Maybe next time I will visit again.

Nice place to stay. Very convenient location. The restaurant at the rooftop of the hotel serve delicious food. May stay here again if we come back to Ubud in the future.
