The location is a bit remote, but we use Grab and Gojek apps to order taxi. Ideal for visitors who need a quiet place. The bedrooms are big and comfortable and the service is excellent. Breakfast included in the price and quality is good served 6.30 until 10.30. Large family swimming pool to refresh your day.

I recently stayed at this hotel and would like to share my experience. The staff at the restaurant and pool were attentive, welcoming, and provided excellent service. I particularly enjoyed the pool area, and the food at the restaurant was a highlight of my stay. Unfortunately, there were some aspects that were less satisfactory. My interaction with one of the reception staff was disappointing, as I was asked to pay more than the listed menu price, which felt unprofessional. Additionally, the room was not up to the standard I expected — it appeared somewhat dated and was not thoroughly clean. Overall, while I truly appreciated the service from the restaurant and pool staff, as well as the amenities provided, the issues with reception and the condition of the room left room for improvement.

We had a really nice stay at the royal tulip. The staff was nice and very helpful. The hotel is a bit old but the effort is there to keep it up to standard. We were first put at the first floor in a room by the pool which was quite humid but after mentioning it to the hotel they have prepared another room for us which was perfect. No humidity or smell. We had enjoyed the gym, the pool and the very diverse breakfast. We would like to say a special thanks to Agus who was one of our best encounter in a hotel so far. He is working at the restaurant and is indeed a wonderful person. The hotel was helpful all the way and even opened the gym and pool earlier when we needed to exercise before to start our journey.
