Do yourself a favour and don't book this accommodation, What you see is not what you get! Rooms are quite dirty & there has been no upkeep on this property at all. We booked 6 nights over new years and we're told 3 weeks before arrival that we could cancel or pay an extra $25 a night with not much option left we went with the later! Cash is how they wanted the extra cost, no receipt given. Breakfast was not what you ordered, no chef just whatever staff they had on doing the cooking, no restaurant on site as advertised either. Pool area only had two beanbags no loungers as pictured. Entrance of hotel very untidy and unkept chairs were all over the place. Inches of dirt under the bed in room, ants and thrips in room got bit twice, shower filthy. This place needs new management, customers are paying good money to stay here and all Dewi could do is whinge and say they had no staff, it took 24 hours to get a pool towel of her!
