Der Service war stets zuvorkommend und höflich, wir hatte Frühstück gebucht, das immer sehr schmackhaft war, Abendessen waren wir hier nicht weil wir tagsüber unterwegs waren und es viele Restaurants zu probieren gibt. Sehr angenehm war die Lage direkt am Strand sodass man morgens schwimmen konnte.

One of the nicest beachfront hotels in Pemuteran! The room was very spacious with an open-air shower, and the hotel area is huge, featuring three large swimming pools. The staff even provided earplugs since there’s a mosque nearby, but we actually didn’t hear any noise at all during our stay. The mountain and sea views were both amazing , such a perfect combination of nature and relaxation. The staff were very friendly, though they could be a bit more confident in explaining details about the hotel. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy Pemuteran’s peaceful vibe.

We stayed in a great room with a garden view, in the middle of a beautiful and well kept garden, bordering the beach. Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The staff were great: extremely helpful, kind and very polite. A la carte breakfast was included and very good. Also dinner was really good tasteful and for a very reasonable price. The 3 pools were clean. One of them was really big. We liked the place a lot and extended our stay with a couple of nights. Next time in Bali we intend to return here.

The resort is ideally located directly on the beach, but still close to the main drag. The accomodation is spacious, well appointed and clean. The pool is awesome. They have three pools but one is very long and close to the beach. So that reclining on a deck pool by the pool can't get much better. Next to the pool is a bar and the drinks are delicious but not expensive. You need not go off site, as the restaurant is good and, again, not overpriced. As well, a boat leaves from here to go to the island off shore where the snorkelling is truly fabulous. The staff are curteous and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

This is a very reasonably comfortable hotel at the quieter end on the beach. It could do with some updating to the facilities but this didn’t spoil our stay. The staff were very friendly and we had a great day snorkelling booked through the dive centre.

First the pros. Great room although odd reclining chair which felt a bit snappy. Grounds had birds … even saw some bee eaters. Easy walking to restaurants an to rhe left at the beach front a 10 min walk to the coral area. Cons. Felt a bit neglected. Algae around edge of the pool and scruffy in places. Felt like it may gave been really good 10+ years ago. The breakfast was odd. Large plate with differnt things on which did not live up to the written menu. But fine for a comfortable stay to explore the area.

This hotel was great - the pool was incredible big - the biggest I’ve ever seen!!! There were two bridges crossing it which were very fun to jump off. Our room was really nice and really welcoming. The food was amazing and it had a menu for children. Not only did this hotel have the biggest pool I’ve ever seen… it also gas two other smaller pools and a pool bar in the big one!!! The only downside about this hotel is that there are such a ridiculous amount of rooms that it takes ages to get from the room to the pool
