Great hotel with super friendly staff and excellent breakfast. The pool is nice and the rooms are good and tidy. The walls are a bit thin and sound insulation is not so good but was okay for one night. The location is expected to not be super close to the beach but many shops and restaurants are nearby and a pathway to the beach is also close.

The hotel is well placed in Sanur with many shops and an aircon mall nearby. Staff very friendly and eager to serve hotel guests. Breakfast provided is a good spread of local and western food. I would highly recommend you to use this hotel.

Forget it. Ivan was amazing receptionist, he really knows how to treat people.
The place look overdue and need lots improvement. Rain was hard and the water from the roof was hitting so hard outside the room cannot even sleep. The room was infront of massage place and the therapist make always noisy.
Didn’t even get into the pool as I felt little dirty.

Hotel's greeting & staff waiting at front lobby to welcome us. Check-in & out is fast. Dining restaurant and Swimming pools are great and nice. Room Cabana with private pool is what we want to enjoy these holidays but it can be viewed from storeys above us. Buffet dinner is standard but the BBQ lilit prawn & ayam cannot be missed.
Walking distance to ICON Mall and lots of food stuffs around the hotel. Pasar Sindhu night market should not be missed whenever visiting Sanur.
A very enjoyable and pleasent stays at cabana room.
A note to the HOTEL: pls do some modification to the sliding doors as any gaps will invite lots of Mosquitos into the room.

Overall stay i’m satisfy. Only the downside, hotel a bit rundown. The door quite hard to open. A lil bit need to push harder. And bathroom, i guess there is a clog in the drainpipe.
All the staff very attentive. I love their service. Breakfast was ok. Accaptable.

I stayed here for five days and had a pleasant experience overall. The service was fantastic—the staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted guests with a smile. The hotel’s location is also excellent, making it easy to get around.
The only downside was the noise. I could hear loud conversations from the corridor or neighboring rooms, which was a bit disruptive. The food was okay, not exceptional, but I did enjoy the traditional cakes they offered, which was a nice touch.
Despite the noise issue, I had a good stay and would consider returning 😊
