Great stay, nice location and good price. My first room was on the ground floor and a bit noisy so the staff kindly allowed me to change rooms to a quieter one

Booked the hotel with the deluxe room expecting to be in a ground floor with table and cahirs outside the balcony and pool area as it was shown on the description when i book. According to the front dest the hotel is fully booked so we ended up staying at the second floor which we didn’t expect it. Me and my husband was not happy about it. second, the smell of the room when we get in is awful and not pleasant, the whole night i couldn’t really relax coz im smelling something bad in the room (probably it came from the drainage of the bathroom).
Third, towels are old and smelly.
fourth, the toilet, sink and whole bathroom needs to be deep clean as it is a but “ewww”
but staff and guards are very accommodating.
location is perfect!
place and staff no problem only the hotel needs to pay attention with cleanliness.

Always stay here when passing through to the airport. Location is ideal for the airport or stay in Kuta area. Rooms are always clean and spacious, great service.
