The villa is generally clean with a decent price. It is very well-equipped and spacious for couples/family/ a group of friends. Staff members are friendly and the floating breakfast is an extra $100,000 IDR per person but deffo worth it. Location wise, could be bit closer to the centre but there are plenty stores and cafes nearby. Highly recommend!!

Very old villa and not well maintained.. bedsheets were not cleaned properly and had blood stains.. the pool is the only saving grace.. beware of the many mosquitoes but the villa did provide mosquito coil and repellent which was good.. location is good, can grab/giojek to nearby cafes easily.. taste of the breakfast can be improved.. lucky there are many cafes nearby to eat..

Pros: private villa, comfortable hard mattress, large bed, lots of space.
Heartfeeling breakfasts, nice staff, unfortunately that's where the pros end.
Cons -
-old renovation, mold, termites have gnawed everything they can
-dirty floors (which can't be cleaned)
-problem with kitchen furniture (namely, one gas burner didn't work, the refrigerator was very hard to open - it was always jammed, lots of ants)
-problem with the pool, terribly chlorinated, swimsuits turned white from chlorine, compared to other hotels, the pools weren't as chlorinated.
- don't go to Laungri under any circumstances, they don't wash out stains, they lose things, and they ask for 3 times the price for it. It's easier to wash it yourself.
- we never used the bathroom, the water supply from the tap was inadequate, sometimes boiling water, sometimes cold, the water flow could not be adjusted.
- they do not change the bed linen; we asked to change it, they said that this is not provided, it was very strange for us 😂
- inconvenient location
Extremely expensive and not justified, a holiday at this villa is not worth it, I definitely do not recommend it.

This time I lived in the largest villa with high cost performance. I am quite satisfied with living in villas. It only takes 8 minutes to walk to the beach. Don't go to the nearby spa for massage, go far away, nightmare

Since the flight was late at night, I decided to take a day off and relax in my room until just before the flight.
