Stunning place, perfect for getaway from hustle and bustle of the city. Resort have everything I needed: beautiful private beach, fantastic restaurant, great spa and nice swimming pools. The beach villa is with lovely beach view. Each of the buildings is separate from each other, which provides comfort and privacy. I was really happy to discover book shelf full of books left by previous guests. Breakfasts with the view and beach with breathtaking sunsets! Extremely friendly and warm staff making sure your stay is perfect. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who look for place to relax and enjoy the nature.

Everything is perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much. They also arranged Balinese dance performance on Christmas Eve, very thoughtful.
On the downside, rooms especially the Spa can see the aging and need some maintenance.
It is located at a very remoted location so do not expect any activities nearby, which was exactly what we wanted though.

The hotel has a particularly beautiful beach with a beautiful and natural environment. Away from the hustle and bustle, and the spa is very good 👍 Breakfast is ordered, if you don't have enough, you can order more. It looks like 8-11 o'clock. When you are full, you can blow the sea breeze and have a SPA. It was the hot water that broke down on the second night of my stay, which delayed my little one's shower🛁. But overall not bad. The service staff is very enthusiastic. I reported the repair at breakfast time on the day of check-out, and the staff said it would take 1 hour to repair it, and it was 11 o'clock at that time. It's time to check out after repairing. Never mind. There are more white people here. The main one is close to nature. is too far from the airport. It takes 2-3 hours to drive.

Very nice villa. Few people, no one on the beach, super clean beach, if you can, you can live for a month! It is very difficult to find a place to arrange a car pick-up. Then you have to prepare some things yourself, a few kilometers around, nothing! But it does not affect live! Very recommended, cost-effective.

We had a fabulous time at Kelapa throughout the month of July, as we got together to celebrate my dads 75th birthday. We couldn’t have picked a better spot, the resort is absolutely stunning and peaceful as its away from the crowds. You can truly relax and unwind, coming from the busy San Francisco this was exactly what we needed! The staff is some of kindest you will ever meet on Bali, always there to help you with anything you need! We recommend this resort to anyone who is visiting Bali and would like to experience a truly one of a kind experience on the island!

Is the drive To Kelapa worth it? You bet it is. Absolutely fabulous place to stay. Could not fault anything. We had a car so it was a great place to base ourselves. The accomodation is clean and the pool/ beach area is beautiful. The staff are all amazing and food was top rate. Will never stay in Kuta again. Great location if you like surfing. Medewi 5 minutes up the road and loads of beach breaks 10 minutes South

Yes, this is paradise. A secluded resort right on the beach. And the beach - is empty. Here you really get to experience privacy and quiet luxury. Delicious food is provided daily, and excellent massages are available in the Spa. I didn't leave the place for an entire week. Rooms are generous and nicely decorated. This is a good environment for couples and solo travelers and it might even be an option for honeymoon. You can completely relax and immersive yourself in Bali's beautiful nature. However, three slightly negative points shall be mentioned: - There is no gym. Nowadays this is simply expected in a resort like this. - Sometimes there are young people driving with motorcycles over the beach. This can be very annoying (and loud) and doesn't fit the overall vibe at all. I talked to the owner of the hotel and they try to get this fixed. - After a week, the food in the restaurant is definitely getting repetitive, as the selection is not that extensive. But overall, this was a fantastic holiday and I recommend it to everyone looking for peace and quiet. Not recommended for families and children!

I have never seen such bad service in my life. Everything we ordered for food came very slow and cold. The staff is sullen and cocky. The food menu is insufficient, the portions are small. They never deserve the money they get. Far from everywhere, away from everything. If you are going to stay in this hotel, you may feel like a prison because there is nothing around. There are no activities in the hotel. There is a main pool and a restaurant. The hotel is really badly managed. For the children, it could be a nightmare.. Some of the staff was even aggressive.
