Good environment and good house service, but the toilet looks very dirty with a lot smell. And at breakfast, the waiter provides me the tea after 30 minutes since ordering. Much worse the cup is not washed totally. Unbelievably . Also the traffic in this area is very bad

The appearance is very good, but we were given a very bad room with a damp smell. After talking to the front desk, we were changed to an ok room. The experience was very poor

Beautiful grounds and the staff were accommodating with our every request. We enjoyed multiple complementary guest experiences that were all perfectly executed. The villa and private pool were well kept relaxing.

Blissful tonic for the soul. We loved our 5 nights stay. The lovely huge villa and private pool where we enjoyed the unique floating breakfast and afternoon treat was a service second to none. The staff were amazing, friendly and attentive and efficient. No request was too big to handle. We love the beautiful grounds. Our one grouse is that it would have been great to have a floor lamp in the sitting area of our villa for late night reading. Just having the ceiling lights made it difficult when 3 of us have different sleeping habits. My compliments to the management and staff for such a well run resort. Highly recommend this place.

What a beautiful place. From the moment we arrived to the day we left the staff we so unbelievably friendly. We stayed at 3 Plataran venues during our Bali trip and can’t recommend them enough. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are lovely, helpful and so welcoming. When we return to Bali, we will definitely stay with Plataran. Thankyou to all of the team for making our Bali trip such a memorable experience.
