Looking for quite and off street Bali stay? Here it is!!! Good vibe and people!

Good location, nice place for friends gathering and family

I stayed in Sunset Town, a 15-20 minute walk from Seminyak Beach. It's far from the lobby, so you need a tuk-tuk, but it's a 5-minute walk to Bintang Supermarket, so it's okay! The villa is very spacious, so satisfaction with the location seems to vary depending on where it is placed... The pool villa itself is sufficient, but it was a bit scary because it was up to 2m deep.

The service is very good and any request can be accommodated. The staff were all very kind and friendly, and the villa was the best in terms of food, spa, and rooms. I want to go again.

Very old thatched cottage It’s not worth staying in a villa in Seminyak. It’s better to stay in a hotel The welcome fruits are all broken and the inside is also very damaged. There are signs of age and rust on the refrigerator The network is very poor. I can't connect to Wi-Fi in the room. The signal is only one bar.

The room is great, the bed is very comfortable, baby cots are provided, there is an open kitchen, it is very convenient to order food or cook by yourself Every day is very happy. The fly in the ointment is that the bathroom is a bit old and the breakfast variety is a bit limited Overall a great experience!

The room is super comfortable, the three bedrooms are very good, and the plants are very lush. Perfect.

The area is the largest, the small yard has a good view, independent swimming pool 🏊♀️ But the hotel facilities are relatively old, personally not recommended.

The room has no toiletries, no hair dryer, no mineral water, no flexibility in check-out time, immediately urged us to leave, and the environment is average

The swimming pool is big and suitable for a family

We've had an amazing stay at Impiana, especially because we were graced by an upgrade from a 1 bedroom villa to a 2 bedroom one which mainly benefitted us with a much larger pool! The service by the whole staff is impeccable! The villas are sprayed for bugs/mosquitos every evening and I wasn't stung once! The location is outstanding! Very close to the all the buzz - restaurants and nightlife, whilst still being in a very quiet back street. We really couldn't hear anything at night! My only point of improvement is the main breakfast area. The service and space is not that great for a 5* and it can become too loud. However, you can order (for free) breakfast to be delivered to your villa, which we did and it was the best thing! I would definitely come back!!

The villas are wonderful, immaculately clean, spacious and modern, but still have balanese character. Seminyak is very busy, but once you walk into the villas it’s so quiet and tranquil. The pool is lovely, bed comfy and facilities spot in. Staff are so, so polite and there’s a lot of choice at breakfast. We can’t recommend Impiana highly enough.

There were many good points about these villas. The staff were all amazing, very helpful and sought to fix any issues that arose. Breakfast at Oswego was better than expected with a variety of different cuisines on offer a la carte. Terrific cappuccino was a bonus. The golf buggy system worked well most of the time. Room configuration was good with separations between the bedrooms allowing for privacy. Previously mentioned the kitchens are definitely showing signs of age. The biggest drawback was the heat and specifically the pool temperature. It was like taking a warm bath, so consequently the only respite from the heat was to stay in the air conditioned bedrooms. The living area also retained the heat. After coming to Bali around ten times we know this is the hottest and most humid time of the year but we have never felt the heat or been so uncomfortable as this trip. Early on in our 5 night stay I asked if there was another villa we could move to but was told all three bedroom villas are the same configuration, so all would be hot. On the second last evening the manager spoke to us and said perhaps they could put a temporary shade over the pool but it was too late for us. He was very kind but the design cannot be corrected by him. I also raised the issue of no shade being bad for kids playing in the pool. There is lots to like about the villas but the heat very much impacted the quality and enjoyment of our family holiday.
