Best possible stay for my 3 year old son and I for 12 days in Ubud!!! Affordable, great location and walking distance to everything we could possibly need and want to do.
Staff basically adopted my son as a part of their team and he helped with daily chores for fun while I got a mini mama break every now and then to read my first book in 3 years!
Great pool, great breakfast, great all around.

Kun Kun is an oasis of peace and quiet nestled in very busy down town Ubud. The green rice field, the fish ponds and the resident duck are lovely to see each day, the pool with frangipanni flowers falling in it, is paradise and the rooms are very well cared for and cleaned each day. The staff are fun and friendly and were the highlight of our stay. The upstairs room that overlooks the rice paddy is beautiful but it can be hard work getting up and down those stairs multiple times are day, so a downstairs room around the pool might be better if you are not super fit.

We loved kun kun was a great location, with amazing facilities and great staff all at a really reasonable price, would recommend to friends and family and will certainly be coming back!

I’ve stayed here three times now, over a period of about 15 years. It’s located right off a main street with lots of restaurants and small shops, but the rooms overlook a rice field. Quiet and beautiful. Staff is very attentive and the place is immaculate. Great value for money. I highly recommend.
