We stayed in this hotel for 10 days. It had real butler-style service. The only drawback was that there were a lot of mosquitoes, but there was nothing we could do about it. This is a common problem in Ubud! One of the features! The breakfast is great, the swimming pool is great, and the location is great!

A nightmare hotel. There was no hot shower for two days. Bedding hygiene is terrible. But Ctrip really needs a big show. Full butler tracking service

It's super great. When you arrive at the lobby, the music of special instruments and the specially provided drinks will make you feel like a vacation immediately. This is Bali. The environment is very good, and the standards of star hotels are all met. The only fault that needs to be picked is that there may be ants in the semi-open bathroom and several doors must be locked. Everything else is great. Water is unlimited. The spa in the hotel is also the best I have ever experienced. There is no technology and hard work, just pure and simple massage in place, and the timing is just right. Attitude, the overall hotel service attitude, that is a good one. Also the location is great. Everything

I am satisfied for the price. It was awkward because the bathroom was open, but it was a unique experience :) There was a shuttle to Ubud Market, and I made good use of it.

The hotel environment is really average, and overall it is not particularly good for the level of Tali Island here. It looks clean at first glance, but it may be because many trees form a forest. There are ants near the outside window of the room. When I made an appointment, I saw a balcony in the preview picture. I didn’t know that there was no one because it was in the basement. But I booked this room type because it has a terrace, and I was very disappointed when I went there. The toilet also feels unsafe, because it has no windows, and it is covered by some wooden *****s near the outside, but in fact, if people can see the toilet shower seat from a high place outside, it feels very unsafe and As soon as we entered the room, insects were already attached to it. The price of the hotel spa is also relatively expensive, and there are at least two nearby streets. The breakfast buffet is not very clean, there are ants and spiders walking around. In the end, I left at night to find a nearby place to live🙄

Booked one night based on price and location and ended up leaving next day. The reason for my rating was cleanliness. My pillows had a stinky, sweaty smell. It was really gross, it was late at night when I got into bed, so I just pulled a sweatshirt from my luggage and laid it on top in order to sleep. :/ The other thing, the bathroom (toilet & shower) are outdoors, so it’s hot and buggy. Pros: location is great. Walk to so many great places, super convenient. Quiet property, beautiful greenery. I do see they are renovating. so improvements are underway.

The hotel is in a fabulous location in central Ubud close to many shops, restaurants and Bars. What’s so good about this place is that when you make your way into the hotel you wouldn’t know that you were in Central Ubud! The hotel gardens are so peaceful and stunning. From the main road the hotel goes back down into the Forrest and you room is surrounded by trees and greenery it’s amazing. The Delux rooms are Huge and the aircon works fabulous. You have a sitting area and then the large and very comfy bed with a balcony! The room also has a dressing area and also an outdoor drying area at the back. Enter the bathroom and you have a lovely large bathroom with an outdoor shower which is fabulous. I couldn’t be more happy with the room and the surroundings it was all beautiful and so comfortable. The rooms have TV with Netflix available so all you need is your login details and your good to go. The rooms have safe, fridge, tea and coffee and also 2 bottles of water replaced every day! The pool are of the hotel is also very nice and peaceful. The only thing that lets this amazing hotel down is the Breakfast!!! The breakfast at Rama Phala is a shambles and they really need to do something about it as it’s one of the poorest buffet breakfasts Iv every had in a Bali hotel! The selection of food is so poor and the 2 cheap plastic oven things they have to make the toast are a total waste of time. These things are not fit for purpose. How the hotel cannot just buy 2 decent toasters is a mystery to me. I booked a bed and breakfast rate and ate breakfast only twice during my stay and when I did I had nothing but an omelette which to be fair was very nice. I just felt the breakfast offering was poor and opted to go out and have breakfast elsewhere as I have had so many amazing breakfasts in Ubud. The staff at the hotel are fabulous and very polite and helpful. This would be one of the best hotels to stay at in Ubud if they sorted the breakfast out and made lots of changes because it’s currently a shambles.

This beautiful hotel seems like a paradise in a jungle. It is in a perfect location, close to the Yoga Barn, for those of you who are like me yoga and meditation lovers, and the main center of Ubud. The room is big and one shower is outdoor facing the night sky.
