Perfect place to feel the relaxing mood and fresh air in the middle of the forest. Service is good and isolated rooms are cozy enough. Will visit again next time.

Loved this hotel so much that we booked an extra night . Service is exceptional and the food is great. Helped us to rent a bike and booked our activities on our behalf. The perfect place to stay in ubud.

It was incredible resort!!
Jungle view makes me humble, everything in the resort are valuable. Break first also nice and kind staff. Most impression point was staffs. I cannot forget all of their smile. Already miss them.

20-30 minute ride north from the city center (around the palace) area depending on the traffic
We used the ride service well (the Grab price in Ubud seemed more expensive than other areas of Bail)

The suite in the forest is actually very nice. It is understandable that there are some ants and bugs, but there is a huge cockroach in our room 😅 and the waiter who provides afternoon tea in the hotel knocked over a piece of cake when placing the pastries, but she quietly hid it and didn't tell you. These are all what we saw, but we didn't want to argue with the hotel at the time... and the waiter at the front desk felt that the attitude was average, not making you feel very warm and cheerful, and don't let the hotel help you call a car. The hotel's own car they provide is really expensive. We are four or five kilometers away, and they want to charge us 100 yuan. Seeing that we think it is expensive, they finally said that it will cost 60 yuan. It's better for everyone to call grab by themselves. Anyway, I was speechless when I checked out. The evaluation here only hopes that the hotel can improve and give some reference to other people who want to stay.
