The room is spacious but the hotel is far away from the market and activities but there is free transport. They give you only 2 water bottles per day and if you want more its too costly. The pool was clean and good. But bathroom needs more cleaning.

Very bad experience
1. The overall facilities are very old, the room is not clean, the towels are very torn, and the quilt has big stains. The sink is blocked and the bedside table drawer is broken
2. They said they would pick us up in Ubud at 20.15, but we didn't get a car until 20.50. We caught a cold and wasted a lot of time. Complaints to the hotel were fruitless, and the hotel's attitude was very bad

We had the best experience at The Payogan Villa during our stay in Bali. The resort is wonderful, so beautiful and comfortable to stay, and the service is superb. Special thanks to Adit, Tu Adi, Yonata, Guntur, Nanda and Kumba. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Bali next. The resort has given me an unforgettable memory for my first trip to Bali. Thanks again.

My wife and I were looking for a relaxed, comfortable getaway in beautiful surroundings. We chose a single room on the bottom row with its own infinity pool and we weren't disappointed. Lovely clean spacious rooms ,lovely pool with fantastic view and birdsong. The staff were so friendly and accommodating thank you Dayu ,Wija , Bayu, Tu adi ,Nana Dek uma ans Mita, Restaurant and food ,very good ,nothing was too much trouble. Lovely people. Beautifully kept grounds to stroll in and admire, we thoroughly recommend it we will be back.

Jungle feel, beautiful landscaped gardens, spacious villas, super private pool and central pool. Good food, drinks at good prices, super evening entertainment. Staff very nice and made maximum effort to make us feel comfortable. Thank you Adit, Bayu, Widi, Novi, Sugi, Mita, Yonata, Nana
