The place is very green, full of trees and lush plants, even though it is very clean. The location is also very close to tourist centers such as mall, beach, restaurants and bars.

Quite hotel for stay, clean but bathroom slight unclean

Отель большой и очень красивый! 
Шикарная территория и архитектура.
Номер большой с большим шкафом.
Но к сожалению белье, полотенца не показались мне чистыми, так же после того как я прошел босиком по полу, все пятки стали черными (
Если отель наладит чистоту номеров это будет супер место, в котором я с удовольствием остановлюсь ещё.

The hotel is large and very beautiful! 
Gorgeous territory and architecture.
The room is large with a large closet.
But unfortunately, the linen and towels did not seem clean to me, and after I walked barefoot on the floor, all my heels turned black (
If the hotel improves the cleanliness of the rooms, it will be a super place where I will gladly stay again.

Dengan 250k/malam,3 malam.tidak ada kendala terhadap kamar.ac singin,tv nyala.ada tempat parkird dilokasi yg muat 12 mobil,tinggal titipin kunci mobil ke resepsionis saja(24 jam).

With 250k/night, 3 nights. There are no problems with the room. The AC sings, the TV is on. There is a parking lot on site that fits 12 cars, just leave the car keys with the receptionist (24 hours).

Had requested mobility access room. On arrival the room provided was totally unsuitable. Request was made in February 2023 but no response from the hotel. The rooms also are very run down and unhygienic. Black mould in bathroom and no hot water. Room door could also not be secured. Overall, would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for a whole week. We booked an AC room, but was provided a Non-AC room. Toilet flush was not working, very low force in shower as the pipe joint was leaking. Very low light in the toilet (very low power old style filament bulb). Only one light in the room was working, all the other lights & fixtures were not functioning. But we liked the greenery present inside the hotel premises. The swimming pool was clean but very deep. The breakfast was not sufficient for an adult (two small pieces of watermelon and papaya each, only one slice of bread with an omelette, tea (not with milk) and colored & flavored water (fruity syrup) with ice cubes. The location of the hotel is great.

Stayed for one night only, didn't spend much time in the hotel.     The building is quite aged and needs refreshing  The rooms were clean, but quite a bit of staining present  We were on the third floor, the stairs up to the third floor were very narrow, bit of a struggle for bigger bags  The breakfast in the morning, wasn't worth a look in - the chicken soup and juice that never arrived.   The Simpang Inn Cafe is far superior for food.  Place is quite average however very cheap to stay at.  Well located for access to Kuta.

I think it's a local hotel. The facilities are just like that.
