The architecture and garden are wild. Amazing atmosphere, day and night. Extremely beautiful. The room was very big, unfortunately not so clean (stained sheets, old bathroom…) and no amenities. The wifi worked fine outside but not in the room. The staff was incredibly nice however. I didn’t like Kuta area but if that’s what you’re here for, then this hotel has the perfect location. Walking distance from the beach and the shops & restaurants.

**1/5 - AVOID THIS HOTEL**
Survived only one night – terrible service, noisy area, and terrible rooms rooms!
* WiFi: nonexistent
* Booking help: nonexistent (receptionist left me stranded and literally rode off on his bike)
Tried using their non existent wifi to book a taxi and that took me 3 hours to achieve as I had no esim or local network.
* Room basics: NO kettle, fridge, coffee, tea, or WiFi
* Noise: loud music blasts from 6am-4am from hotel room on second floor - think its the people who live there permanently
* Breakfast: awful (see pic) – rice, veggies, and only good thing was the fruit and I was so put off I did not even finish it.
* Area help: zero guidance or recommendations
This hotel is like a bush camp – overhyped photos, uncomfortable stay. I cried from frustration – save yourself! 💔

Not like photos. Paid for the more expensive rooms with breakfast. Put us in the cheap rooms then wanted us to pay for breakfast. Only rice, noodles and egg for breakfast. What a run down. We will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. WHAT A SHITHOLE

Pool is nice and the bed is comfy. Very minimally decorated with no amenities. Towels were soft which is nice.

The place is very green, full of trees and lush plants, even though it is very clean. The location is also very close to tourist centers such as mall, beach, restaurants and bars.
