Ok lobby and pool. Room was infested with ants. Hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast was terrible. Uncovered food. Gnats and aunts all over the food. Coffee was full of particles. Gym is a joke.

My fav hotel. All my colour : 💜 purple.
Staff kind, 2 went out of their way for me which I appreciate a lot. Lovely pool and amazing spa area! Had a 1 hr massage with a lovely lady, greatly needed.

Very nice breakfast, big 45 sq mtr room, nice lighting, hot shower, 2 TV, lots of channels, but no Netflix 🙂↕️, air con struggles to keep the large room cool, big floor to ceiling glass doors let in a lot off street noise from motorbikes and cars very noisy because of big gaps all around the edges you can put your fingers through, nicely decorated rooms but a bit rough in places

‼️ 🚨 Worm in the bathtub 🪱
The exterior of the accommodation was grand, and the staff was polite, making an effort to assist us throughout our stay.
First red flags, they did not read my email request prior to our arrival, which was disappointing.
The room they initially provided was terrible!😭
There was a scent of cigarette smoke outside our room even though they said no smoking 🚭 allowed with their rules, the water sink was left running, the TV was left on, and we even found a worm in the bathtub, which raised doubts about the cleanliness of the room.
Due to our busy schedule and a taxi was waiting for us. We didn't have time to address these concerns longer at the concierge.
But we asked for a room change or thorough cleaning, but upon returning, we found no improvements, and there were no towels, and needed for us to call just to have them.
If only we have enough time. As we couldn't find another hotel because it was late and we had an early flight.
While the concierge staff was polite, the overall experience did not justify staying there.
There are other options available that, although older, are cleaner and still comfortable. Unfortunately, this unpleasant experience marred our last night before our flights, turning it into a nightmare.
