The service at this resort is excellent! The rooms are spacious and come with a coffee machine. There’s also a swimming pool, gym, and spa available. Best of all, the departure point for dolphin-watching tours is right in front of the hotel, making it super convenient. You can also see the stunning Blue Tears phenomenon in the nearby sea — don’t miss it at night! I was lucky to catch it during the daytime dolphin tour. The staff are all very warm and friendly. Breakfast is served buffet-style. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect location right on the beach in front of the boats that take you for the dolphin trip.
The boats that do the dolphin swimming and sunrise are right in front of this hotel you literally wake up and go straight to your boat! Ask for boat number 12 Mr.Ma.de' he is the best!!!!
The water in this beach is very calm and no waves. The hotel is very large you have to walk from the lobby to your room but they have a golf cart just in case you want to be lazy.
The staff are very very nice very welcoming and the restaurant staff are amazing.

Overall, this is a lovely resort with a great atmosphere. The best part was the convenient access to the beach right behind the hotel — we could hop straight onto a boat for our dolphin-watching trip (which we arranged ourselves), and that was amazing. The surroundings are beautiful and the resort has a relaxing vibe.
However, the room itself was quite disappointing. It had a strong musty smell as soon as we walked in, and the bathroom — especially the bathtub — didn’t feel clean at all. I had to wear slippers just to step in; I wouldn’t walk in barefoot.
Everything else about the resort was great — it’s just a shame the room didn’t match the standard of the rest of the property.

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. First of all, the location is extremely convenient, close to the city center and major attractions, making it easy to get around. The room was clean, modernly decorated, well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable, making it feel just like home. The staff were very friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any needs. The breakfast had a great variety, and everything tasted wonderful, providing a great start to the day. The only minor issue was that the room’s soundproofing could be improved a bit, but overall, it didn’t affect the experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again next time

Disgusting bathroom, small inadequate towels, no shampoo in soap dispenser, stained mirror, you took a shower and water splashed
everywhere as no divider.
Unsafe entrance door.
Bed have seen better days.
Room service offered, however last orders at 21.30 ?? kitchen closed at 22.00 hours, I made a room order over internet as no phones
in room at 21.48. They took my order and I got an acknowledgement. However, after 40 minutes, no delivery. This was for cold food even.
Got in touch with reception, no help there. stated last orders at 22.00 etc., why on earth did they acknowledge the order and give me
confirmation??? Very disappointed at this hotel, Communication skills needs improving big time.
Also rooms need considerable TLC.

Very comfortable room and suitable place to stay if you plan to visit Dolphin tour the next day. The hotel is just at the beach side, so you can walk to the beach from the hotel. This hotel do provide laundry and motorcycle rental services(50k per day)as well. Overall it’s very chill and nice place to stay! Highly recommended!!!
Btw, you can get a more cheaper laundry service at Bintang laundry lovina (they even open on Sunday, close at 6pm)and cheaper shuttle service provided at Lovina Oasis Hotel.

Love all the hospitality in here!! Quite and peaceful. Resort direct private beach. Staffs are friendly. The rate relatively superrrr worth it!! However makesure to have your own transportation as Grab cant come to fetch you within resort area (im confused bout the reason explained by receptionist but yeah it is what it is).
