The desk was friendly and helpful. The hotel is old but fairly maintained. Everything worked. Everything was clean. The breakfast was basic and filling. I'd go again.

Overall this hotel is good, classic gt.
The AC is cold, the TV channels are varied, the cold/hot water runs smoothly, the toilet seems to need a deep clean, the towels seem to need regeneration.
Swimming pool is good for kids & adults.
The breakfast buffet is very varied, Indo/Continental & American, it's really good.
Location in downtown of DPS, near 3 big malls.
FO/ Room/ Restaurant/ Security members are very friendly & professional in their fields, good jobs!!
