First of all, the actual location is different from the address provided by Google Maps and Trip.com. I don't know why they don't fix it. I asked the people nearby and went to find it, but everyone said they were looking for it by mistake.
Both the phone number provided by Trip.com and the phone number on Google Maps are unable to activate. This part seems to be the part that needs to be fixed ASAP.
The location is about 10m on foot from the road, and there is no elevator.
There are no basic amenities, and there is shampoo and body wash in the bathroom, but I did not use it.
There is no window in the bathroom window, so it is connected to the world and a lot of things like mosquitoes come in. However, there was a mosquito net on the bed, so there was no discomfort from mosquitoes. (Be sure to check that the mosquito net has not fallen off the ceiling of the bed before going to bed.)
The bedding did not smell, and the towels smelled good.
There is no phone in the room and no contact information provided so if you need help from your room you have to go directly to the reception.
The location itself is quite quiet, and the rooms are spacious. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the center of Ubud, and I walked around most of the time.

The service staff are very kind and the service is very good. The swimming pool and the sunbathing area are great. We like it very much. We got up late for breakfast and helped us keep it and carry our luggage. Thank you butler! !

Super clean place in a great location in Ubud. We loved the super comfy beds, clean bathrooms, hot shower, great little pool. Staff was very welcoming and hospitable and always kept the room clean and we were even surprised to have turn down service - when we came back from dinner, beds were made for sleeping and ac turned on for our comfort. Would highly recommend this place for family stays! We stayed for over 1 week and our family had an awesome time, felt like home.
