The facilities and service were good. I didn’t use all the amenities, but I was satisfied with the variety of services included in the stay, such as the cocktail hour and afternoon tea. The morning rooftop yoga was also fantastic. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the nozzle of the hairdryer was melted, which didn’t quite match the 5-star standard. There was also some dust on the bedside table. If these issues are improved, I believe the hotel will be even better.

We love love loved this hotel! The staff are beyond friendly, facilities are great, food is tasty, room was gorgeous very spacious and fresh! Would 100% stay again and I highly recommend!

The staff are fantastic. They're very kind, attentive and lovely.
Top service indeed for 5 star hotel
Breakfast was good as well but the highlight was beautiful infinity pool
Please make sure to swim in the pool while you're staying here!

We had the best time at the Adiwana. The rooms were spacious and clean, the service very attentive and the food was divine. I need to eat gluten free and they were knowledgeable and prepared great alternatives!

It was an unforgettable experience to stay at Adiwana Bisma. The ambience was serene, surrounded by lush greenery, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
The staff were exceptional—friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. They didn't forget to have a honeymoon deco for my parents! Thank you so much! Not forget the breakfast is fabulous.
Infinity pool was great, my girl has a great time.
Texas Spa a must to visit too, reasonable price and service is good.
Overall, Ubud is a fantastic place for relaxation and family bonding. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning to this beautiful hotel!

Fantastic service by the team especially Mila who made our 4 day stay a pleasant experience throughout. The room was clean and filled with many essential amenities. They also have a restaurant which serve nice breakfast each day.

We had a lovely time at Adiwana. The service here is fantastic and all the staff are not only friendly but also very helpful. We had a warm welcome with some local tea and exquisite snacks. They clean the room twice a day which is outstanding. Breakfast is served all day so there’s never rush to it. Overall,excellent place with enthusiastic people!
