The staff are was friendly. The breakfast was good and the place was clean as well.

Vinila has that spacious and well maintained villas for a family getaway. We had a wonderful stay during our family getaway last week. Pool is the one catching our attention as it is really big for 3 bedrooms villa and it has Jacuzzi for the kids to play. Master Bedroom has bathtub and they have unique design on the other bedrooms too which gives pleasant experience to the whole family. In-villa breakfast is amazing, you can choose selection of foods from your Butler through personal chat or simply going to the reception.

Overall excellent experience for our family. Rooms were clean and cool. Private swimming pool very enjoyable. Very good meals and super service. Staff very friendly, full of smiles and always helpful. Thoroughly recommend for families.

The villa was amazing and the staff were so friendly and really helpful, great way of communication with butlers and were very attentive whenever we needed something. All of the staff really cared about the customer experience which makes a huge difference

Wonderful way to kick of our trip in Bali. We stayed 5 nights in a three bedroom Villa (no 1) with myself, husband, sister and brother in law. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have ensuites including the main one upstairs. It features a communal self contained kitchen/living area which is also air conditioned and main bedroom in same area. A beautifully manicured Villa garden and exceptionally clean pool. We did use the third room as a communal bathroom while splashing around in the pool which we did a lot of. The staff were absolutely amazing and could not do enough for us. Our breakfast was included in our stay which was plentiful - tip Nasi Goreng is amazing! They also have a water cooler you can refill up bottles ect. You will need what’s app for communication and ordering room service which is prompt and friendly. Their restaurant wasn’t open to eat at unfortunately due to Covid and still getting back on their feet. We decided to stay in for New Years Eve and pre ordered a seafood bbq which two amazing staff members came an and cooked this for us and even set it up in the kitchen for us to enjoy. The Villa was very clean and serviced daily. Tue complex is about a 15 minute walk to the main streets of Nusa Dua and mostly shaded by neighbouring resorts trees. Do take a hat though. The complex is so tidy and features such well kept plants and general surrounds. 24!hour security on site. One thing I will mention is the decking beside the pool needs some attention. But being in the tropics it probably requires regular maintenance. Other than that our stay was perfect!

Our group of 4 stayed in Villa 1. The pool was lovely and rooms large and with partly open air ensuites. Lovely ❤️ While they no longer run a restaurant, the meals we had were great. We had daily breakfast and twice ordered in for dinner including a Seafood BBQ cooked for us on New Years Eve. That was well worth it and I recommend you try it. We communicated with staff when ordering breakfast etc via WhatsApp which minimised any language barriers. If we wanted something specific or prefer to talk with someone the excellent services by the Manager Ayar was on hand. He was a very savvy and competent Manager. We were very impressed! ⭐️ Our rooms were cleaned every day along with regular testing of water quality in the pool. Staff were a delight to interact with. We found getting around easy. We walked everywhere as there was plenty of footpath shading to walk into the main areas. When we wanted to hail a Blue Bird they were easily available. We loved our stay.
