Hotel room was great in general. However there were flies in the toilet and there was no hand towel

This hotel was by far the worst I’ve stayed at not only in Bali, but probably ever. I booked for two nights and only stayed one. The hallway ceilings are full of huge water stains accompanied by mold and mildew. The bedroom was a good size but had a mildew smell and moisture in the air so it had gnats, especially in the bathroom. The towels and linen was dirty, the pillows were disgusting when housekeeping came to change the pillow cases. They was splatter on the bed frame from previous guests. The shower looked disgusting. The pool and rooftop are lackluster and close very early (6pm). Breakfast was unsatisfactory and I saw a woman digging her bare hands in the shrimp chips instead of asking for tongs. They need to make a lot of serious improvements. I would not recommend unless you were in dire need of a place.

Location is central. Nice and big room with nice toilet. Staff are very friendly

Hotel rooms are clean. The view isn't particularly good, but the room is clean. wide. The bed is big and comfortable. It would have been better if there was a cushion. It's far from the beach, but you can get out quickly with a grab, so it's not that much of a problem. There was a hookah bar called EDEN nearby, which was really nice. This is an authentic restaurant for shisha lovers. I liked this restaurant so much that I visited the affiliated store in Ubud as well. The restaurant on the first floor is a sushi restaurant, but they don't serve sushi. This didn't make sense. Southeast Asian breakfast menu only. Every time I take a shower, I have to wait about 5 minutes for hot water to come out, but some hotels in Southeast Asia don't even have hot water. I'm grateful for a hot shower. The staff are kind. Friendly.

It’s not very comfortable to sleep on the first floor, but when they moved to the second floor, it’s completely better
