Nice service
Less choices for breakfast
Prefer to have some western style breakfasts like sausage

The front road of the hotel was flooded when I went there and I couldn’t enter and check in the hotel. But luckily the hotel managed to change another hotel for me.

The room was spacious, but the towels were old, and the toilet had issues. The restaurant offered great, clean meals.

- staff are generally helpful and responds fast even though they are no solutions at times. this is on the management not the staff
- shower has a very bad stench. solution given was to spray our own deodorant….
- power went out. staff came into room to fix with shoes and left the toilet wet and dirty
- NO hairdryer in room. borrowed from reception but staff removed it from room the next day without informing. only realised at 12AM staff told me to borrow next morning lol had to sleep with wet hair
- SKIP the breakfast, options are very basic and limited. food and coffee don’t get refilled timely

Well the place is located in an área that is far from the beach meanning that is not walking distance...if you want to get a grab you have to walk a couple of blocks away because the taxi drivers from the area don't allow them to drive in ....by the way the taxi drivers from the area charge a lot so my advice always grab or rent a scooter...the place was dirty ,in my bathroom there was hair from the other guest everywhere 😳...long hair on the wall of the shower...mosquitos in the room everywhere....the rooms are big and the pool is oright overall I wouldn't stay there again ...for a little more you get better hotels ....
