Superb location combines stunning views and short walk to Lipah coral gardens. Clean, comfortable, eye pleasing villas.
Cons: basic breakfast, have to walk for food except for breakfast (but not too far really), smelly towels, cockroaches (a few of them).

Not a bad hotel for the money. Good view from the rooms, take villa number 5, located at the very top. The villas are a bit tired. A swimmable beach without waves is 3 minutes walk from the hotel, which is very rare in Bali. Nearby are several excellent restaurants with very cheap prices (soup 180 rubles, hot 400 rubles, etc.). Massage 900 rubles per hour.
The location of the hotel is not very good - there is absolutely nothing to do nearby. At 21:00 everything that can close closes) But for a quiet, relaxing holiday, this is a great option.
Breakfasts are unsuccessful - a meager selection, small portions and a long wait (on one of the days we waited 45 minutes for scrambled eggs). At breakfast, you have to choose between a piece of bread or a pancake)

This is simply a magical hotel! Ask for room 5, there is a charming terrace with a view of the sea! The staff is very polite, you can rent masks and fins for snorkeling, there are several good restaurants nearby.

Stayed 3 nights. Overall the hotel was great. It is located opposite a section of beach with good snorkeling, saw a huge turtle in the morning. The breakfasts are plentiful, the villa had a view of the sea, there is also a pool with a stunning view.

From what amed has, this is a good option!
It’s just that if you compare it with housing in Ubud and Canggu, it’s a big loser; moths fly into the bathtub, so you just have to turn off the lights there so that they don’t fly in) They provided us with bikes, it’s a 5-minute descent to the beach)
By the way, this is the best beach for snorkeling)

Beautifully large Room over looking the pool. Self contained Large Balcony overlooking the pool and the beach. Easy access to the beach and all snorkeling Close to a lot of small earrings and within walking distance to the famous Sails Restaurant. Staff can arrange scooters easy. Always found a spot at the pool.

Excellent place, clean, nice team. Very good value for money. View is incredible, villas are spacious, lipah beach is one step away. We enjoyed our stay with our to kids this summer 2024. Very relaxing and quiet, we deeply enjoyed the week we spent there.

I booked 5 days here before going down the coast to Nalini but I came back again as Shankara is so much better. Rooms are bright and airy, and the views... There are steep steps to be aware of. Easy walk to the beach, a few restaurants and a shop. The snorkeling is good. Wayan picked me up from the airport and was so brilliant as I got food poisoning on the flight. We also did a bit of a tour 10 days later on the way back. I would come back definitely.
