A wonderful little hotel, where you can find privacy and attention from the staff. Everything is very nice, but with a really high class of service. About the location of the hotel, here you just need to be careful when choosing: do you need the bustle and proximity to busy streets, or still silence and peace. We chose consciously and are very happy.

The Luxe Ubud is a beautiful hotel situated in a peaceful, picturesque setting with rice fields as its backdrop. And although the hotel is situated in the heart of Ubud, it’s a marvelous escape from the otherwise very busy town center. The breakfasts are outstanding and every dish is carefully prepared and meticulously presented. Everything we ate was delicious. However, what made this hotel stand apart from many other fine hotels was the staff. Every single individual went out of his or her way to make us feel welcome and valued. Not once did we walk by a staff member without receiving a warm greeting and a strong desire to provide for any need. The genuine care and hospitality we received was nothing short of outstanding. In every aspect, this is a remarkable hotel.

Every single staff member knew both mine and my husband’s name and greeted us personally each time we came or went. It’s those little thoughtful touches that make you feel truly welcomed and cared for. We weren’t just guests—we felt like family. A huge shoutout to our driver, Dewa, who made our trip even more memorable. He spent two full days showing us around Ubud, sharing the heart of the city with us in a way we never could have experienced on our own. He went above and beyond and we’re so grateful for his kindness and insight. The on-site restaurant? Absolute five-star dining. From the food to the ambiance to the attentive service—it was flawless. Leaving The Luxe was harder than we expected. We’re already dreaming about our return. If you’re considering a stay in Ubud, don’t hesitate—book The Luxe.
