A Beautiful hotel, with excellent food and helpful staff. The hotel is stunning decorated in local flowers, ancient trees and has great views of surrounding mountains and ocean Wonderful scenery and a stunning private beach. The water based activities were exciting and reasonably priced Would highly recommend

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing from the start. Upon arrival, with not the friendliest reception (not typical forGreece), we received our room key with no information about the hotel amenities, such as beach towels or loungers. We had to figure things out ourselves. After traveling all day and missing lunch, I asked where to find a snack for me & my daughters (it was 3pm and couldn’t wait until til dinner) and was told there would be cake at 4 PM. The cake was dry and unappetizing, and tiny sad looking sausage rolls were as a vegetarian, I found nothing suitable to eat. We had to go to a cafe to buy sandwiches because there were no available snacks, despite being at an all-inclusive hotel. Later, we discovered there were snacks at the beach bar, but we were not informed. The room did not match the pictures online; it was dated and worn, resembling a hostel more than a 4* hotel. The balcony furniture was old and stained, making it unusable. Despite paying for a garden view, our room overlooked a roof and driveway, with noise from delivery trucks. The pool area was noisy with French entertainment, which we couldn't enjoy since we don't speak French. The furniture was old dated and tables were never wiped downy so full of drink spillages from other guests. When ordering drink, they always ask for your room number, (despite wearing the all inclusive band) which became annoying -it’s like you are constantly being monitored. The food was hit & miss and repetitive. On fish night, there were no vegetarian options in tje buffet, which surprised me as previous nights there were always a few options. Despite my fish allergy, the kitchen staff suggested mussels and salmon pizza (for fish allergy?) before finally offering just fries. How would other guest feel being offered just fries? This lack of accommodation for dietary needs was unacceptable. After the fish experience we decided to eat out every night, where we had great service & food in the tavernas along the beach. When I said we would go to an outside restaurant, the restaurant manager told the kitchen staff to make something. They prepared grilled vegetables for me and my daughter. It was nice, but at the end of the day, it was just vegetables. We ate, was still hungry so went to the beach for some substantial food. We did eat at the other restaurant belonging to to the hotel, where can watch just once a week during your stay. This we found nice, so it’s difficult to understand why except this restaurant the hotel is incapable of delivering decent meals at the main restaurant. When I raised all of these concerns with reception, I was told the manager was not on duty. It seems unprofessional and unbelievable to not have a mager on duty, for a hotel this size. And despite noting my issues and room number, we received no follow-up. This demonstrated a significant lack of customer care. The positive points, the cleaning lady was great, and we appreciated the beach loungers reser

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Traveling all the way from the UK, we had a wonderful time. The way everyone interacted with our kids was heartwarming and made our experience even better. The food was delicious, and the all-inclusive options pleased even our picky grandmother and the kids! The atmosphere was super welcoming. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a delightful and family-friendly getaway.

The hotel is in a stunning location and the hotel itself looks lovely. It was always kept nice and clean. The view from the pools and from inside the restaurant was absolutely amazing. It’s a nice treat to be able to have a private section on the beach and the beach bar. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel however the food slightly lets the hotel down. It just felt very repetitive and boring, and when ordering drinks you sometimes felt as tho it was a problem and were questioned and refused to have more than one at a time. The hotel itself was beautiful and could not fault the location. We didn’t have many interactions with staff but they all seemed lovely and happy. I would definitely recommend this hotel and the area of Bali as a whole. It was really easy to get a bus into nearby towns and there’s plenty of supermarkets, souvenir shops, restaurants etc in the area.

Mitsis Bali Paradise hotel beach The beach bar, at first glance, seems modest... Mitsis, however, always exceeds my expectations (this is the fifth hotel of this chain that I have visited with my family). As usual, the driving force of the brand are the people. Young bartenders Sami and Raymond are always smiling and helpful, they play great music... Takeaway salads, fresh fruit. Excellent white wine, beer, delicious ice cream, aesthetically served. A wonderful beach in a bay surrounded by high mountains. Gentle access to the sea. New deckchairs with mattresses in a mild beige color (a bit like St. Trope in private beach club). The hotel is undergoing great changes, I predict that it will be a diamond in the crown of Mitsis ~Ewa

Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by a member of staff at the check in desk. We were handed our key but not given any information about the hotel. When we got to our room we were disappointed as it was pretty run down and not as nice as it appeared in the pictures. However, we paid for a sea view room and the view we received was nice. We went out on the first evening to see what is in the area. There are a few shops and restaurants and some nice bars. It was only until I looked at other reviews that I found that the hotel have loungers on the beach for hotel guests and an all inclusive bar there too. We loved going to the beach. It is beautiful and the snacks and drinks available at the bar are great. We found the food at the hotel pretty poor as there was a lack of choice and was pretty much the same food being served each day. We found the food very boring and decided to eat out a few nights, despite having an all inclusive package. We also found that a lot of the food was stale and very dry. The bars were great and the drinks pumps were self service which was great for pool days and for the evening. The pool was lovely and there were plenty of loungers too. Ice cream was not available at the pool which we found disappointing. There was however ice cream at the beach bar. There was entertainment each night but unless you are french, it is not worth going. We went along to a quiz one night as we were told it was international. However, they translated the first part and then eventually it was all in French and we had no idea what they were talking about. The entertainment staff put on lots of fun activities around the pool. We did not join in but if you enjoy taking part then there was plenty of opportunities for this. We didn’t like how the entertainment staff reacted when you said you didn’t want to participate as they often made you feel bad for not joining in. Another thing we did not appreciate was photographers of an evening stopping us every time we went past. We were told how to pose and then they took photos of us. As much as I don’t mind having a photo taken, they were bothering us and wouldn’t leave us alone. When we didn’t buy the pictures the lady would mention this the next time we walked past. One morning, we had someone run after us with our photos and ask us if we want to buy them. It made us feel very awkward and uncomfortable. Cleaning of the room was fantastic. Sheets and towels would be changed daily if you would like. The views at the hotel are also something that I cannot fault. It is beautiful! Overall, I would not stay here again as I feel it is not worth the money we paid and it is catered more to French guests. Bali itself is beautiful and we especially enjoyed going to Bali Port via The Little Tour Train. If you are looking for a beautiful beach holiday then it’s a great place to visit. If I were to come back to Bali I would stay in a different hotel.
