Preamble: We spend a lot of time in Thailand, and on this trip to Bali we stayed in several hotels.
Pros:
- the location is generally convenient, cafes, shopping malls, etc. are nearby.
- someone criticized the breakfasts, but overall the breakfasts are ok: sometimes better, sometimes worse
- the staff is generally positive
- in principle it's beautiful, breakfast overlooks the jungle, squirrels run, parrots fly
- unexpectedly good pressure in the shower, though on the last day it disappeared
Cons:
- from the first day you start getting frags, on our account: 3 cockroaches the size of a cow, one of which crawled out of the shower, and one lizard (accidentally, we caught it and wanted to release it in the morning, but it apparently did not survive the stress)
- there are such cracks at the doors to the balcony and doors in general that lizards and cockroaches are the most harmless thing to expect
- with the onset of darkness, getting into the room is a separate quest: literally swarms of bloodworms, such a size that they could carry away a monkey, a million lizards large and small, in general after the first time, they began to return before dark. We lived in a house in the jungle, where there were many lizards, but we did not see anything like this. Darkness.
- why and for what reason someone leaves dirty dishes in the common area (corridor and stairs) - it is impossible to understand. I will not write what word it is called. (No, this is not an isolated case)
- whether it is related to dirty dishes or not, but on the stairs you will find different types of locusts, grasshoppers, cockroaches and all sorts of other things.
- there is a pool, but it is not there
Total:
- a great place for fans of Fort Boyar
- the owner and/or manager apparently long ago and firmly scored big and juicy on his hotel
- left early
