For our first trip to Bali we chose a 7 night stay in a two bedroom pool villa at Hidden Hills. It was absolutely the perfect oasis that we were looking for after days full of sight seeing. We traveled with our 15 and 8 year old sons. The restaurant Hidden Gem, up the stairs on the property is very convenient, with a great cocktail menu, wine list and dinner as well as breakfast offerings. Not to mention, THE best view of the sunset! As you return to your villa after dinner, the scent of incense greets you on the patio, and there are candles and diffusers in the indoor seating area to welcome you back. The staff is really wonderful- they were available via Whatsapp for whatever we needed. We are looking forward to visiting Hidden Hills on our next trip to Bali!

The room is quite new and quite big. The newly decorated tableware is neatly placed. The waiters are very friendly and clean twice a day. The view is also very good. If you order breakfast alone, it will cost about 150 yuan for an American or continental breakfast. The disadvantage is that there are some bugs crawling around. There is no elevator if you have a lot of luggage. It’s a bit tiring to climb the stairs, but you can pay a tip to ask the waiter to move it. If there are cars passing by at night, the noise will be louder, especially the racing motorcycles.

Their service attitude is good, but I feel that the price/performance ratio is not very high. You can stay in a beautiful villa for three times the price of staying elsewhere. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the villa, and there was no hot water for bathing. When I told the staff, they only told me to wait five to ten minutes before there would be hot water. We was on holiday at the Hidden Hills Villas, all went good there, the vibes, the hopsitality was great all was perfect just what we expected. Room was spacious and what i like the most is the Hidden Gem Restaurant with super delicious food and perfect wine 🫰🏽 oh ya.. also the butlers are amazing along with the helpfull receptionist! Super love it! I highly recommend this place to stay in South Bali.
