Beware of scam! Following a planned stay in June 2020, we had to cancel due to Covid. The establishment gave us the right to a credit valid for one year. However, the following year as the borders were still closed, we (written proof) had an agreement to use the credit whenever we wanted. So I booked in May 2022 for a trip in September 2022, everything was ok. Then I sent an email again in July 2022 where I was confirmed that everything is ok. A week ago, I was told that my reservation was not maintained (one month before my trip) because the establishment was purchased in December 2021 and they cannot use the credit from the previous one Company. However, I asked to pay for a new reservation by requesting a commercial gesture. Thing actually accepted for a total of €624 I was entitled to a gesture of €20..! I find it shameful and dishonest!! A better solution could still have been found by the establishment. TO FLEE
