It is super cheap but very uncomfortable.

Located right next to the monkey forest and you can easily get to nice restaurants up the road plus there are many shops around.
Service was fine. nothing special. We had breakfast with which didn't include so much food but otherwise very nice.
There was an open window that you couldn't close, so geckos and other insects came into the room. We found a cockroach in the room which was not very nice.
The toilets smelled a bit and no hot water. No soap to wash hands either.
