Premium hotel, nothing to complain about.
Service is 5 stars, location and view are amazing, food is really the best in Ubud especially sushi and Japanese food.
Villa is big and comfortable.

An excellent stay at this property, professional service at all times from all staff. Grounds and room very well kept, location is unique and scenic. Kids facilities also good.

I came to Bali for my honeymoon. The Hidden World Hotel I chose this time is well-deserved. The Chinese housekeeper Nessa is very considerate and will respond quickly if you need anything. The hotel environment and catering are very good. I hope to work harder and make more money before staying here again. Haha
