We stayed here for 3 nights. We rented room 7 on the first floor in the house furthest from the entrance. The price per night was $16. The level corresponds to the stated price. Features of this place. 1. Room. Very spacious rooms. Good bright lighting, lots of sockets and storage space. Average Wi-Fi, it is there, but not fast. The air conditioner cools well, but blows directly onto the bed. So we moved it and I slept with my feet towards the air conditioner. The mattress is soft. If you weigh about 100 kg, it will noticeably sag. At the same time, the mattresses are not worn out, just cheap. Clean bed linen and towels. In a separate room there is an average refrigerator, an electric kettle, a sink for washing dishes, two cups for coffee, two saucers and a tray. No spoon, fork, knife. The toilet needs repair. The toilet is good, the water pressure is normal (there is no hot water), but the sink is rusty and the faucet in the shower is rusty too. Also, there is no ventilation in the toilet and mold has appeared. After taking a shower, the water stands around the toilet and you have to direct it with your feet to the drain at the other end of the toilet. 2. Location. Close to the fish market and cafes/restaurants on it. About 300 meters to the beach. Relatively close to the airport ~ 6 km to the entrance. 3. Staff. The workers are very friendly and always in a good mood. They do not decide anything in particular, but it is pleasant to look at them and enjoy their friendliness. 4. Noise. There is no soundproofing in the rooms. When someone talks by the pool or on their terrace, you can hear it through the closed doors and windows. People started making noise at 7:30, it can be disturbing. There is a rooster nearby. He crows, but not often. The workers have a dog. It barks, but also rarely. You can hardly hear street dogs. You can hear motorcycles, from about 23:00 the traffic on this side street almost completely dies down. 5. Pool. Yes, they regularly turn on the water circulation mode in it, but I had no desire to bathe in it. Although other guests use it.

Bed bugs, we didn't even move in, pictures and everything is completely inconsistent, it looks like a slum, and the pictures don't match either, I don't recommend it, even for this money, it's a scam and nothing more...
