The rating is a solid 4-a, there are some downsides, I will list them below, but for a 3* hotel, overall it's normal, they checked us in very quickly, carried our suitcase, the room is on the 2nd floor, the view is very good. On the plus side, the location is very convenient, right in the center of the Uluwatu area, everything is close at hand, a supermarket, a cafe with reasonable prices, a fruit market, all this is within 100 steps, I will note, it is noisy, even when you are in the room you can hear the noise of the road, there is a swimming pool on the territory, there are 6 sun loungers, the territory is not bad, not very well maintained, but the Balinese are all like that, we have been to expensive hotels, this grooming is not particularly different, the room is ordinary, corresponds to the picture, BUT .... of course, many things are already tired, and the Balinese are far from clean, they clean relatively, they do not wash to perfection, they wet, wiped. I will list the cons: The bed linen was stained and had yellow stains, the lining was yellow, the towels were stained, but... It doesn't stink, you can smell the washing, it doesn't smell bad, clean, but the linen is old and just doesn't wash out, we asked to change everything, I will note, they changed it, because they put marks to understand whether it was changed when we returned, but they changed it for the same, they didn't make a fuss, we just know that they are like that, the toilet hasn't seen a cleaner for a long time either, the rim is already old yellow, the shower works, the pressure of hot and cold is good, but who will clean the holes where the water flows, who will clean the chrome until it shines, they don't do it, all the Balinese, is it really that difficult, well, that's how they are, they don't understand how to do it and there is no one to teach them, apparently, in general it will do if not very much to aggravate, in the hotel basically only a night's sleep, a shower, if you don't live there all day then it's fine, we didn't take breakfast, since there is a cafe around the corner

The high price arranged for me a room on the second floor in the corner. The front is blocked and I can't see anything. It's very unpleasant.

Very polite staff. Booked for 2 nights, but then extended for another 2. Lived on the second floor with a balcony. Clean, beautiful. Cleaning every day. 👍

Nice hotel, the rooms are correct. The bathrooms are not the best in terms of structure. Do not use too much water otherwise it will be cold. BE CAREFUL if you pay at the end they don't have a TPE so it's only cash which is very annoying if you are limited by your bank. The transfer doesn't work instantly either.
