It’s a very beautiful and well-maintained hotel. You can tell that all the hotel staff smiled from their heart. Overall, it’s a very pleasant experience and I will choose this hotel again if I ever go to Bali again.

Excellent service and we had a great time over there for a week
Marvellous staff and great food with lots of choices which will never disappoint you
My kid loves the ritz kids so much and the staff are full of love and we are so impressed that they remembered all the kids names that they met everyday
Smart choice if you want to relax and chill out during holiday

Great views and relaxing environment - rooms are very big and with some which were refreshed. Ritz Kids was great for the kids.
Slow service though - check in (perhaps it was busy but still) took 45min. 3 different restaurants but the food is all the same-ish and on the salty side with service being slow and or a lack of attention to detail. Underwhelming considering it’s the Ritz

Although it's a good location.Ritz brand is not what it used to be. I stayed here two years ago and had the issues as now. I recommend staying somewhere else where the AC's works and bathroom doors just don't come off the hinges
