We stayed there for 3 nights this week. You
Can’t walk to the shops or to the massage shops you need to get a Grab or Blue bird taxi. It’s in the back streets so it’s nice and quiet location just can’t walk anywhere. Paying the drivers is hard as the ATM only gives you 100,000 notes. The average cab fare is 22,000 -30,000. Good luck asking reception for change from bigger notes to smaller 50,000 or 20,000 notes everyday I asked for 3 days straight and they said sorry we don’t have any.
3 days. We are tourists. You are a hotel, your front desk should have sufficient change to accommodate
Guests. So the drivers then say “sorry no change” toy end up having to give them the larger notes. The hotel is so far back from the main ***** the manager should know this and ensure the reception has sufficient notes to fulfil this.
The rooms are comfy
Clean. We had bugs on the walls and small ants. As the hotel is not enclosed but the rooms are on the outside in the walk way it’s understandable but the beds and pillows are good.
Morning breakfast buffet was great. Lots of selection and friendly staff. Only issue is the guests themselves who lack manners and behave like slobs. Completely uneducated. Overall good hotel. A solid 3 star hotel. Not a 4 star hotel. The property, the room doors
Are hard to close, the pool lights are falling inside off the walls inside the pool, the bathrooms are
Clean but wear and tear
