We were staying for 2 nights We booked a pool side room and we really love it. Staff was friendly,and room was nice We would like to come back staying at Rofa hotel for next holiday.

Room was filthy, was almost like it hadn’t been cleaned. I had to move room due to the bathroom flooding when taking a shower. Hot water wasn’t working. A/C leaked. Fag butts everywhere throughout the hotel. Don’t recommend.

The hotel location is strategic, there is a convenience store next to the hotel. The room was nice, nothing special but they are clean and cozy. The staffs were super helpful. One of the light in the room doesn't work and they changed the bulb immediately. Super affordable meals, on par with nearby restaurants. Room lighting were adequate, a bit dim for my taste, would be nice if the add a bright main lamp to light up the room. The only peeves I had is the wi-fi. In the lobby it worked fine, but in my room (5th floor) it disconnected frequently and the speed was inconsistent. I have notified the staff about this and they said that they are working on it with the IT department. Unfortunately as of this writing they have yet to fix the problem. Overall this is a budget friendly hotel worth the price.

Old hotel but the rooms are clean and comfortable, only the cleanliness of the breakfast area has been improved, the employees are friendly...

Not bad for a break but please take care of the cleanliness again, I asked to clean the room but I didn't mop or change the foot cloth so the others were dirty n the waiter was okay👍🙏

actually good, There's only this "ONLY" SERVICE AT RECEPTION VERY AWESOME! We are good people, good service, cake like that! "It's a woman with glasses" Just arrived at the hotel, the security service is really ok. I arrived at the reception, until I didn't say hello, I just looked at it, after that I said I wanted to check in (it said "Sit down, Sis") OK, I'm sitting. After that, we weren't called, instead, we invited someone else who had just arrived. I went to him and he said that he had been called (even though he didn't, it was really bad) after that it was wrong, he didn't want to apologize, he just didn't care. Ok, yes, ROFA is busy with tourists, so because the hotel occupancy has increased, it becomes pretentious, isn't it? Ok lah, continue the check-in process. This is the 3rd floor room, DOUBLE BED. Up to what room?? Single bed. Wrong again, no sorry. Until this morning I checked out, when I got there I just saw no pronunciation. How do you serve guests when the hotel is busy staying? Just replace the service from the glasses girl, she really wants to judge people, it's already wrong and even acts hard.

I'm very comfortable until 3 days here. Satisfied service. Cleanliness is also solid. Clean pool. Food is delicious too
