I will rate my sray here as EXCELENT. Early check in accepted, amazing views of airplanes from terrace, great free welcome drink, nice room with fantastic shower, very good rate!! All very beyond my expectations. I will repeat and I hope other "hotels" learn in this area!!!

Good stayed, the location was perfect, many restaurants and give shops in the area, close to airport, the room was spacious enough and the rooftop with pool and bar was amazing, what a great spot for airplanes spotting during landing and take off at Ngurah Rai International. The staff was great, really friendly and delivered a really good service. Perfect hotel for transit or layover, definitely will be back.

1)Very poor poor poor service standard..look at the whole bed sheets like pillow case..I stayed there 4 nights never change once for me..dirty.Hotel wall has peeled glued and cement
2)Lift- 3 lifts altogether but 2 others was not functional. 1 lift serves all floors.
3)Check in reception..generally friendly but not delivered service efficiently..
4) room without outdoor views, facing another facade.so room very murky

The hotel is located within walking distance from the airport. There is a great rooftop pool overlooking the runway. You can watch the planes take off and land. Delicious breakfast, as well as dinner on the 1st floor. Kind and helpful staff, everything is very clean. Very hospitable, thank you.

Location is great because it’s near the airport but some key locations are a little far because of traffic. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful.

Overall it was ok, room is the same as in the pictures. But the cleanliness of the room, especially the carpet, is very questionable.

It was a hotel we picked to stay for a few nights after a two week stay on one of Bali's beautiful islands. The hotel is centrally located, very handy to the airport, and the facilities are very good. The room was a good size, with all facilities provided, clean and tidy. I enjoyed the pool, which is clean and tidy and a great view from on top. Very good security on the entrance to the complex, and the front staff where very easy to deal with.
We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for 3 nights, the first night they gave me a room which was in level 2, disgustingly dirty, the carpet looks like it’s never been cleaned since it’s opened, I requested a room change, they put me to level 4, which was not that much difference, I gave up, this was my first time visiting Bali, I don’t know about the standards, but I definitely won’t stay here even again.

Unfortunately my room had ants over the sink and coffee/tea area. I had to call the staff twice to clean the ants away and they sprayed the areas and wiped the ants, however, that didn’t feel very effective as I still saw ants throughout my stay. I felt extremely uncomfortable in the room and almost did not use the sink at all. I could not use the coffee/tea either as the ants had been in the kettle and all around. I would have appreciated a room change for peace of mind. Furthermore, they did not clean the room the next day which I expected for a 4 star hotel, maybe it is not included. The view was also quite poor but I did not expect a good view but it felt a bit eery so I also kept the curtains closed. The only plus is that the bed was very clean and the staff were very kind. Location is also right next to the airport.

The location was ok, but they have a limit lot parkir. We have to parkir our car far from the hotel, then when we need our xar, we still have to go there to pick our car :( annoying. Should the hotel serve with the valet so the guest can drop the car on lobby only. Then, the small towel, they didn't change it, the just fold it again, so it seems like new, but when i open it, it was the one that i used.

Book this for a night as we had to be around the airport area before heading to Ubud for our actual trip. Room is decent, nothing fancy but rooms are cozy!
