Very clean, two pools, one large in the main building, the second smaller and smaller, we lived in room 10, it was like a separate one, it didn’t touch anyone’s walls. Stayed 4 nights to explore this part of Nusa Dua. Breakfast to choose from a la carte, hearty. The beach is 700 meters away, but the beach is so-so, we walked and went to others (about 2 km). Balinese style! I would choose this hotel again. Parking available

Very good, the breakfast is very rich, a little out of the way, but very quiet. There are two swimming pools, one adult and one child. We are traveling as a family. We rented a Mobike at the hotel. The recommended beach is also good. You can see small swimming pools offshore. fish fish

The hotel is small and beautiful, clean and sanitary, the waiters are very enthusiastic, the food is delicious, but the location is a bit far from the attractions. It is recommended that the hotel follow the route when traveling in Bali, otherwise it will take time to go back and forth between the hotel and the attractions every day. If you don’t play in the hotel, just lie on the beach nearby. It is highly recommended here, cost-effective👍👍

The service is very good and the location is good

Duplex units(10) offer wonderful accommodation with full cleaning and restaurant staff. Great pool to wake up to for that early morning swim. Restaurant has good tasty food and a peaceful environment. The free breakfast is not fancy but again, is tasty and serves its purpose. As a family run business it’s a good choice to make in an otherwise busy Benoa district.

Everything was excellent, the breakfast and room service were very tasty and great value. The hotel is clean throughout and the staff are very friendly and helpful

Beautiful and Quiet. About 1km from the main road but nicely situated. We had on of the suites which were really comfortable and with air conditioning. We had a single queen sized bed that was very comfortable. The restaurant had food with a broad assortment of food cooked by Guidai. Waitresses Kutut, Fitta and others always provided great service. Would recommend this to anyone who wants a quite stay but with access to Nusa Dua.

Wonderful stay and highly recommend. The cleanliness of the room, the friendliness and helpfulness of owners and staff, the meals, the bar, the sparkling clean cool pool, the location and peace and quiet except for an occasional rooster crowing in the distance, such a lovely small complex with just 10 rooms and everything you need for a great restful holiday. Massage ladies can be booked to the suites. Loved Kubu Gardens and will be back.

I stayed here whilst recovering from recent cosmetic surgery at BIMC Nusa Dua. What an amazing place to recover. This is not just a hotel...place is family......I had them check in on me everyday to see how I was doing. I was asked if I needed anything all the time. They put me close to the restaurant and reception so I was within a quick walk for everything. Kadek and Made are the most beautiful hosts you can imagine, and Denni just one of the superstars that work there. I felt so privileged to stay here.

Kubu Garden is a hidden gem. We stayed in one of the two villas on the property, travelling with friends. All the staff are warm and welcoming and the breakfast is good. This property is 10 months old, spotless and well maintained. There are many restaurants within close by. The area is also very quiet.

Kubu Garden Suites are two properties, next door to each other. The deluxe and suite rooms are in one property (with the restsurant and main pool) and the standard rooms are in the neighbouring property with their own dedicated space and pool. The facilities are a bit more upmarket in the deluxe property, but both are good. Both areas have pools, sunloungers, umbrellas, outdoor tables, etc. The entrance to the property with the standard rooms is a bit unattractive as the rooms are accessed through a service entrance at the back of the property. We were staying in a standard room Breakfast is very good. We had ongoing issues with smell coming from the drains in our standard room bathroom. The hotels solution was to put more airfreshner gel sachets in the bathroom. Kubu Gardens is a long way down a small winding lane off the main road in Tanjung Benoa. It is dark at night with dogs barking. There is an inexpensive laundry on the lane, and plenty of restaurants on the main street. The beach at Tanjung Benoa near Kubu Gardens is not good for swimming.

I would like to complain about the villa Kubu Garden Suites & Villas Nusa Dua which I booked on *********** twice. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the management of this villa. My family and I booked the villa from 09/07/23 to 16/07/23 two months in advance, and the manager even confirmed our stay. We tried to pay for the villa but *********** were not able to take our payment. The manager didn't accept our payment. I called *********** but the team could not help me. They called the manager and the manager confirmed our booking. However, just two days before our long-awaited arrival, we received a cancellation notice from the manager. The manager sold our villa. This last-minute cancellation left us scrambling to find alternative accommodations at a time when most places were already fully booked. It completely ruined our travel plans and caused unnecessary stress and frustration. What a disgusting service.
