Overall it's just so-so, the towels are full of disinfectant smell...

The hotel is actually nice and big, the service is fast but the rooms are poorly maintained

Facilities: Very old, not worth the price at all, the pools are ugly Hygiene: average Environment: Except for the top floor, there is nothing special about it Service: We were made to wait for an hour and had to be rushed several times. The hotelier did not help us with our luggage and did not offer water if it was available. I had to wait for 20 minutes when checking out, which was a very bad experience.

We have stay 3 day but they didn't change our towel, no hand towel, room cleaning very worst in indian breakfast the menu was very low category. Very bad experience for breakfast not like 5star category

There was very less hotel staff, no one came to take the luggage to room. Room had furniture which had stinky smell and was not maintained well. Lot of things mentioned were not available like no bathrobes, the bath tub was not working, gallery was not clean and had dust, not a pleasant stay

Its value for money, good spacious room with decent breakfast. It just had a problem in water outlets in the washroom which is below standards. Otherwise everything was good including staff.

Had a good experience at ramada in kuta. It was just opposite to krishna oleh oleh which helped us shop

Hotel is very good and on good location near the beach, clubs, mc donald, burger king. Staff is very co-operative. But indian food like punjabi food not available here.

I was in a hurry and booked ramada sunset road randomnly but to my surprise services were awesome. This was the 1st hotel which helped me with transfer of my baggage to my room. As i was travel-ling alone it was a great help. Food was also great with a separate indian menu. I was surprized to see ch-ole and alloo sabji in the menu. Location is very near to airport plus the market. We have krishna market at the walking distance from were u can do budget shopping for gift purposes. I would rate 5 starts for this hotel in all the aspects, food, services and location.
