The worst experience ever. It is unbelievable the things happening in such a femes hotel. I booked this place after seeing the high rating. Obviously, the rating is Not real.
1. I lost 5 pairs of new socks and a plastic wallet in my opening luggage on 12/07/2025. I gave them an opportunity, so I asked them to send me an email to explain it when I check out on 13/07/2025. But I did NOT receive any response by now, definitely, they did not care about their reputation.
2. The shower room is quite smelly, sticky floor and a lot of mold on the tiles.
3. The fridge was in poor condition, which made very strong noise with no cooling function. So I had to take the plug out.
4. The kettle covered a very thick scale buildup. I asked them to clean it up, but they were unable to do it properly.
5. All the staff need lots of training. Especially the reception guy. He took more than half an hour and could do the check in for me, as he does not have basic English service skills, so he could not understand what I said.
Please avoid them, they are too far away to match the 4 star hotel.
We received great service in the Adi Dharma Hotel Kuta, which is very close here.
