Good location.. Helpful staff... Clean room.. Breakfast taste is good..

We had our room all prepared for check in. Staffs were excellent at the reception, kitchen and house keeping. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The room was super clean, beds were comfortable and had slippers. Breakfast was tasty and delicious. We decided to extend our stay here. Location is perfect.

Comfortable rooms, beds, and overall great service. Hard to beat for the price. Kadek, was awesome. After a 3rd party site messed everything up he was able to accomodate and rectify the situation. He was also very helpful when I need to confirm other things like a package I wanted to forward to the USA. Outstanding service and extremely helpful young man. Dwi- in the restaurant was also very helpful and understanding. She always made sure my order was very specific to my needs. Great team they have here. Access to drinking water was also quite helpful

Staff very nice. Disappointed to be given twin singles rather than a double. Ground floor very presentable but room floor corridors and doors desperately in need of a clean/paint. Room cleanliness okay. Floor clean. Towels marked but changed no issue. Shower hot and power acceptable. Bed comfort okay but found stains on sheets later. Walls thin could hear next door clearly at some point. Dog barking at 4am woke people up. Security guard held my key when I left it in bike thank you. Okay as a room to keep stuff and sleep but not as a home to relax in.

Great place to stay with affordable budget

The location not bad, opposite hotel is the famous pak malen restaurant. And if u don mind to walk abit far can also walk to seminyak square there. However the sound insulation damn not good! I can hear everyone pass by my door and also someone talking I also can hear clearly! And light here not good also not so bright, not friendly to those love to make up 😂

Rooms were clean and pool area looked nice, bed was nice and comfortable and good shower.

Is was nice to stay there for a couple of days. Locations is good. Close to the many restaurants and shops, but far from crowded places. The stuff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and kinda new. Can recommend to stay here

Great location for the beach, shopping street and a 20minute drive to the airport! It’s a great spot to stay before your flight! Didn’t try the food options found some really delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner spots with live music on the shopping street just across the road!
