This is my 2nd time staying at Kana Kuta Hotel. The first was 2019 and second was 2025. Both visits were great and service was consistent, I had a wonderful experience.
The staff were friendly, the restaurant and room service food were great, the small pool by the restaurant was very clean and chill. I loved sunbathing by the poolside.
We were able to get Grab from almost everywhere from our hotel. Although Kuta’s traffic is busy, I think it did not affect our stay too much.

Arriving back at my home away from home in Bali, the warm welcome from the Reception staff was much appreciated 🙏 Walking to the Elevator next to the restaurant I saw the Legend that is Mr Yoga, the friendliest of friendly faces. For the first time my girlfriend was able to join me on this trip so a balcony room overlooking the swimming pool was my first choice.The balcony rooms are spacious and on this occasion were cleaned in a professional way by Ana, Awi, Karuma and their colleagues. The breakfast buffet is always tasty and the food ordered from the menu is delicious and reasonably priced which I was personally able to tell the Head Chef Mr Arya when I had the pleasure to meet him. I want to thank him for patiently answering my questions about the water filtration system he uses in the kitchen for meal preparation. Very reassuring! The Kana Kuta Hotel is in the perfect position to base yourself for a Bali stay in the busy southern part of the Island and I am already looking forward to my next visit.

The hotel itself is nice, but I had some unpleasant experiences during my stay. I requested an iron several times, but they kept forgetting to send it. Additionally, they tried to overcharge me for laundry by almost half a million. It took them half an hour to check the bill, and they barely apologized for their mistake. Their lack of professionalism almost made me miss my flight. I do not recommend this hotel.

staff is friendly and nice, location is also wonderful, only ~15 mins car ride from the airport.
but the room is not clean, there is spider at the room.

Recommended for whoever wanna stay in Kuta, nice and clean rooms. Staff is friendly and welcoming, breakfast is very delicious. We enjoyed our stay there. Sure will come back in future.

The Kama Kuta Hotel is located in a quiet place a little away from all the touristic hum drum. It’s a 20 minute walk to the Kuta beach so it’s convenient if you want a bit of a quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The rooms are very clean and the property well maintained. The breakfast spread was sumptuous and quite tasty. A Great value hotel !

Check in time was late and reception wasn’t the best in handling the situation. However breakfast staff were very friendly and good.
