A huge and quiet room with Netflix and YouTube. Surrounding with luxury hotels. Nice pool with less people there. Only one restaurant is little bit boring. Most important is the price is attractive. Overall stay is wonderful. Will definitely come back.

This is the 4th time I booked the suite room at Ulu Segara and never once they disappoint me! Great hospitality, awesome view of the ocean, super huge size room, totally worth the price!

Room is enormous! 100m2 Ocean view is totally unblocked. Since it's so near to the Indian ocean, naturally, clothes are always moist, floor is sticky etc. room is so huge, it's quite a walk to turn off the lights. As our room is right at the corner of the block, sunrise was partially blocked. Other rooms should enjoy excellent sunrise. Service is excellent, fetched us to and fro from the lobby (hotel is built downwards towards the ocean, you will need the buggy to fetch.) Ordered supper and staff delivered to our room from lobby extremely quickly. Staff is very attentive and responsive to our requests. Overall, it's an extremely underrated hotel, you can't walk to anywhere but that's expected of a quiet luxurious resort. (You can always gojek delivery) Price is extremely affordable compared to any other beach front, ocean view hotel. Given there are so few guests staying, just hope the hotel will still be around in the years to come.

Biggest room I stay before! With the biggest panoramic window at terrace. Nice pool and amazing view. Restoran just a simple, but we are not gourmans 😂

Clean and good room and view

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It has great staff members, a breathtaking view, a very pleasant presidential suite for families. However, the breakfast buffet could be improved. All in all, it's highly recommended!

Overall was good except for the location. Suitable for those who enjoy peace and quiet surroundings with good service, cleanliness and amenities.

A beautiful hotel/resort with excellent staff and service. There is ocean access and a short walk along the beach to a less rocky area. The breakfast was pretty standard and restaurant food was overall fine but not exceptional.

Beautiful resort with stunning view over the Indian Ocean. The 1 bedroom villa has huge living and dining areas as well as massive bathroom. It is definitely luxury to enjoy with family in the private pool. Layout and furniture of bedroom could be improved to occupy 2 adults and 2 small kids more comfortably sleeps. Services are fantastic and everyone in the resort are friendly and helpful. Location wise is quite isolated within Nusa Dua area, basically you need a car to go anywhere. We therefore had 2 meals in the resort, which the tastes were below average standard of Bali's and extremely expensive. But in general we had great staycation and the kids love it very much.
