I stayed several nights in this hotel — first in the Deluxe Double Garden View room (2nd floor), and later in the Superior Twin Pool View room (2nd floor). Unfortunately, both stays were terrible😖 The first room was unsafe — the glass doors didn't close properly, the curtains were thin, anyone could see inside. The air conditioner barely worked - even at 16°0 it was still hot, and everything was dirty: towels, bedsheets, and floor all in stains 😐 When I moved to the second room (Twin Pool View), the lighting and AC were better, especially in the bathroom. But that same evening I came back and found two huge cockroaches in the bathroom. The guy from reception came, killed them, and after I insisted, went to buy a spray and used it everywhere. Still, the next morning I woke up with a cockroach in my bed🤯😵🤮 During the day the reception was always empty. Two young guys worked there, but mostly at the evening. In the daytime there was only one old cleaning lady — very kind and hardworking, but she was alone, and I had to go around the hotel looking for her every time I needed help🫠 The only WhatsApp contact was useless — copy-paste answers, no real help, and hours of silence. In any normal hotel, WhatsApp works 24/7 and solves problems quickly. Here, you must do everything yourself🫤 Trip.com support at first only offered a refund for one night, which was ridiculous. After I insisted and asked to escalate it to the Resolution Team, they finally approved a full refund for all 4 nights😑 Staff tried their best, but management, cleanliness, and communication were a disaster. Definitely NOT recommended!!!🤬💔

Lovely landscaped gardens surround the property. The entrance is a little hard to find, especially since I checked in the late evening. Rooms and spacious with ensuite bathroom. Quite enjoyed the stay even though it was for a night. It is along the highway and not near many eateries. So that's the downside of it. Otherwise, the hotel has food that you can order.
